Free Initial Consultation

We are happy to offer patients a free initial consultation, by phone or in person. During this process, we can assess the most likely cause of your current concern, address your particular healthcare goals, and determine if there are any barriers to a full and speedy recovery. This allows us to structure a treatment strategy that is specific to each patient. We are currently accepting new patients, and can usually offer you same week service.

INSURANCE COVERAGE AND BENEFITS CHECK

We accept most major medical insurance at our office including: Aetna, Amerigroup, Ambetter/Coordinated Care, Cigna, First Choice Health, Kaiser (HMO and PPO), Labor and Industries, Lifewise, Medicare, Molina Marketplace, Premera, Regence, United Health Care, Motor Vehicle Accident claims as well as many others.  Please note that each provider varies in which, if any, insurances that are accepted. We offer a complimentary benefits check, as well as, reduced cost programs for those that are uninsured or underinsured.

What to Expect

Your first appointment with any provider at Family First will include time to speak with the provider regarding your current concerns. This information is also covered in the New Patient Paperwork.
